We had the pleasure of having Jeanette as a group leader on a recent trip to Europe.  When least expected Jeanette was there. Having a slight health issue by part of our party we tried to make sure that it did not interrupt the tour group. We quickly sat down and as the tour group went on Jeanette appeared to see if she could assist and make sure we were ok.  We told her we were fine and would catch up at the tour bus as it was an issue that just had to pass. As soon as we were all back to the bus Jeanette made sure everything again was fine.  Knowing that she was keeping an eye on things made us feel so much more at ease as during the rest of the trip.

On our recent European tour, after greeting each of us upon our arrival at the hotel and assisting with check-in, Jeanette also made certain we were safe during the power outage that affected not only the hotel, but also the whole country. Later she helped facilitate our smooth transition from the hotel to the riverboat. She regularly checked-in with each member of the group to see if anyone had any special needs or requests throughout the tour. She is a warm, friendly, caring and organized person with whom we hope to travel again in the near future.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jeanette for about 3 years. She is a dedicated professional who shows great initiative and follows through with her clients until they are completely satisfied. Her warm, friendly personality makes her very well suited to be highly successful in a customer service industry. Her clients soon become her friends.

Jeanette has strong communication skills and is able to effectively communicate with everyone.  She is a caring and compassionate person that makes her clients a priority.
